TERMS & CONDITIONS

CHAPTER I – GENERAL PROVISIONS

§ 1. Definitions

The terms used in these Terms & Conditions shall have the following meanings:

• Store – the Velstrum online service available at velstrum.pl

• Customer – an individual or legal entity using the Store.

• Digital Product – electronic content such as eBooks, online courses, or multimedia materials, available for download or online access.

• Terms & Conditions – this document defining the rules for using the Store, placing orders, and receiving services.

§ 2. Preliminary Provisions

• The Store sells digital products.

• Using the Store constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• The Store reserves the right to make changes to the Terms & Conditions; any changes will be published on the Store’s website along with the effective date.

CHAPTER II – RULES FOR USING THE SERVICE

§ 3. Registration

• Customers are required to provide accurate personal and contact information.

§ 4. Intellectual Property Protection

• All content available in the Store is the property of Velstrum or its licensors.

• Copying, distributing, or using products without permission is prohibited.

CHAPTER III – ORDER PLACEMENT AND FULFILLMENT

§ 5. Product Information

• All products are described on the Store’s website accurately and comprehensively.

• The Store makes every effort to ensure that the information is up to date.

§ 6. Placing Orders

• Orders are placed through the Store’s website.

• Customers may modify or cancel an order before payment is completed.

§ 7. Payments

• The store allows online payments via STRIPE.

• Payments are processed securely, in accordance with applicable standards.

§ 8. Delivery of Digital Products

• Digital products are made available immediately after the payment is confirmed.

• The Customer receives access to the file or material via the provided email address.

CHAPTER IV – WITHDRAWAL AND COMPLAINTS

§ 9. Right of Withdrawal

• According to law, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital products if the download has started or access to the product has been granted with the Customer’s consent.

• Nevertheless, the Store offers a 7-day refund procedure from the date of purchase in case of Customer dissatisfaction (details in the Return Policy).

§ 10. Complaints

• Complaints should be sent to email: kontakt@velstrum.pl

• The Store reviews complaints within 14 business days and informs the Customer of the outcome.

CHAPTER V – FINAL PROVISIONS

§ 11. Personal Data

Customer data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

§ 12. Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes between the Customer and the Store, parties may use alternative dispute resolution procedures.

§ 13. Final Provisions

• These Terms & Conditions come into effect on the date of publication on the Store’s website.

• Using the Store constitutes acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.

• For matters not regulated by these Terms & Conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
