Return Policy

1. Digital Products

In accordance with Polish law, consumers do not have the right to withdraw from a contract in the case of:

• Digital products (eBooks, online courses) delivered immediately after purchase,

• If the file download has started or access to the product has been granted with the consumer’s consent

2. Returns at Our Initiative

Nevertheless, if the product does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, even if you have started downloading the file.

Refund requests will be considered individually and may be granted if:

• The product is found to be inconsistent with its description,

• The customer believes the product does not meet their needs,

• Technical issues prevent the use of the product.

3. Refund Procedure

• Please submit your request via email to kontakt@velstrum.pl, providing:

  • Order number,

  • Product name,

  • Reason for the return.

• Refund requests are processed within 14 business days.

• If the refund is approved, the money will be transferred to the account specified by the customer within 7 business days.

4. Exclusions

We do not accept returns if the product has been downloaded and used in a way that prevents others from using it, e.g., made publicly available.
